We made vegetarian sushi and rice balls last night (May 1st, 2012), and they were delicious. Even our cat, Ash, wanted some!
We used cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese as our fillings. We used sriracha and sriracha mixed with mayonnaise as our sauces. Since my husband hates nori (seaweed), the rice balls were mostly made for him. But man, they were great! NOMS!

This is the best dungeon and dungeon music in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It’s amazing. When I first entered the Lanayru Mining Facility, I stopped just to listen to the music. It’s SO reminiscent of Majora’s Mask: playful, but spooky, and almost tragic in a weird way. Beautiful game, beautiful dungeon, beautiful music…

I love video games, and I love to play the harp, so here’s me playing “Terra” from Final Fantasy IX on my Stoney End Lorraine 29-string harp. It’s one of my favorite tracks from the game, and it was one of my goal songs when I first started learning. Such a beautiful piece! <3
